For Support Intern

Job Description: 

As a Support Intern, you’ll:

  • Customer Support Assistance: You will directly engage with clients, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Your contributions will help improve overall customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: You will identify issues and troubleshoot problems for both internal teams and clients. Your ability to analyze and resolve challenges will be key in ensuring smooth operations.
  • System Management: You will assist in managing and maintaining the company’s systems, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently. This may include software and platform updates, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Help in documenting customer issues and resolutions, tracking feedback, and creating reports to improve the quality of services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside experienced team members and participate in meetings to contribute your fresh perspectives and ideas for enhancing customer service and operational workflows.
  • Learning & Growth: Take advantage of training opportunities and on-the-job learning to enhance your skills in customer support, technical systems, and industry-specific tools.

Requirements:

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest or experience with tools/software.
  • Academic background: Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) with a preference for IT students

For Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for business expansion.
  • Communicate with potential and existing customers via email, phone, and social media.
  • Support the team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Learn and utilize CRM tools to manage and update customer information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client engagement and retention.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Passionate about learning sales strategies and willing to take on new challenges.
