Role Description

Job Description for Sales and Service Engineer: 

• Drive sales and implementation of Grid Power Quality Solution Services (GPQSS) by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, and managing the sales process. 
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. 
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to ensure alignment with customer needs. 
• Supervise the integration of GPQS at client sites. 
• Deliver troubleshooting and maintenance services to ensure system efficiency. 
• Cultivate long-term relationships by offering value-driven solutions and a positive customer experience. 
• Conduct customer training on the operation of the system. 
• Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and technical solutions. 
• Address post-sales issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering 
• Basic knowledge of electrical automation software (e.g., SCADA, PLS-CADD) is essential. 
• 1+ years of experience preferred.
