Role Description

Job Description for Sales and Service Engineer:

Drive sales and implementation of Grid Power Quality Solution Services (GPQSS) by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, and managing the sales process.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Supervise the integration of GPQS at client sites.
Deliver troubleshooting and maintenance services to ensure system efficiency.
Cultivate long-term relationships by offering value-driven solutions and a positive customer experience.
Conduct customer training on the operation of the system.
Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and technical solutions.
Address post-sales issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Basic knowledge of electrical automation software (e.g., SCADA, PLS-CADD) is essential.
1+ years of experience preferred.
