We are looking for a dynamic, street-smart, and experienced Sales and Recovery Manager to join our growing team. This is not a conventional sales role — we need a true all-rounder who can manage everything from hardcore field sales to admin, accounts, and strategic business development.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales but also has a strong understanding of financial systems, operations, and team management — someone who can take full ownership and drive growth across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key sales accounts and ensure timely collections through field visits and follow-ups
• Strictly monitor and manage credit limits and payment aging
• Onboard new dealers with thorough due diligence and assess creditworthiness
• Promote company products through multiple sales channels – dealer networks, institutions, projects, online, etc.
• Lead recovery of overdue debts with tact and firmness
• Assist in admin, HR, logistics, brand building, and strategic planning when in head office
• Submit accurate and timely sales performance reports to management
• Maintain integrity and accountability in cash handling and client interactions
• Actively contribute to the growth of the company through multi-functional support
