Job Description

We are looking for a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales and Marketing employee to determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.

The employee should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times and be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.

  • Recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports.
  • Visiting the designated market to collect sales orders.
  • Meeting the sales target assigned by the manager on monthly and annual basis.
  • Getting feedback from the customers regarding the quality of the product to help maintain good quality sales.
  • Preparing Sales/Collection report and submitting to the sales manager as and when required.
  • Keep information of industry trends, competition and new opportunities to help management set sales price, various schemes and sales & collection targets.
  • Payment collection from customers on daily basis and making sure it is not delayed
