Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential B2B partners (consultancies, coaching centres, institutes).
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
• Schedule and deliver engaging product demos tailored to business needs.
• Negotiate deals, close partnerships, and onboard new B2B clients to the Learniiz platform.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Provide feedback to the product team to help improve features based on client input.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Represent Learniiz in education expos, webinars, or regional business events (optional).
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit reports regularly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel sales – preferably in EdTech or education sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English fluency required).
• Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with CRMs, email marketing tools, and social selling (LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
• Bonus: Existing network in the education or consultancy industry (Nepal, India, or Australia).
