Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced “Sales and Marketing Specialist” to join our team. The individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our Core Banking, financial ERP and other software solutions to microfinance institutions, cooperatives, and banks both inside and outside Nepal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Promote the company's existing brands and introduce new products to the market to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in microfinance, cooperative, and banking sectors to increase sales and revenue.
Build and Maintain relationships with clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams/agents to meet sales and marketing objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to close deals and acquire new business.
Meet and exceed sales targets to achieve company goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain market competitiveness.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Other Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the microfinance, cooperative, and banking sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in fintech, financial ERP, core banking and other software solutions is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
