Job Description: Mid-Level Sales Executive for Nepal (Agriculture Sector)

About Us: Newchem Sunraysia Pvt Ltd is a leading innovator in the agriculture sector, specializing in nanotechnology-based biostimulants and fertilizers. Our flagship product, X5, is designed to enhance plant growth, metabolism, and disease resistance. As we expand our business into Nepal, we are looking for a dedicated Mid-Level Sales Executive to drive our B2B sales and build relationships with large distributors and importers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the Nepal market.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach large distributors and importers in the agriculture sector who can handle product registrations, legal requirements, and bulk purchasing.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers in Nepal. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and issues.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of X5 and other products to potential customers. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients about product features and advantages.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the Regional Sales Manager. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the agriculture sector, preferably with experience in selling biostimulants, fertilizers, or related products.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the agricultural market and the regulatory environment in Nepal.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Nepali is required.
