Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Officer in the company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through various channels such as social media, events, and networking
Collaborate with other departments to create promotional offers and packages to attract guests
Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the hotel and secure partnerships
Monitor and respond to online reviews and engage with guests on social media platforms
Conduct market research to identify new target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of successfully implementing sales and marketing initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexible schedule to attend events and trade shows as needed.
