Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for IT support and solutions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to pitch products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote IT services (digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Manage company website and social media pages to enhance online presence.
  • Organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to attract potential clients.
  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements for products and services.
