Bibhuti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT company specializing in software development, web development, and digital marketing. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and establish strong business relationships.
• Promote and pitch software solutions, IT services, and digital marketing services to prospective customers.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns and create engaging digital content.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop proposals and plans tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations.
• Craft and deliver client pitches to secure business.
• Follow up consistently to nurture client relationships.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (Freshers with strong marketing skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, social media marketing, and SEO basics is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets.
