Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, promoting the company’s products or services, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, improving brand visibility, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and generate leads.
Design and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Manage and update company website, social media accounts, and other digital platforms to engage with customers.
Monitor sales performance and analyze data to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
Create and manage promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure that products align with market demands.
Ensure timely reporting of sales and marketing performance to senior management.
