Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. They will be responsible for promoting our products to potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products to potential customers through various channels, such as direct sales to dealer Stores/Retail outlets, online platforms, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas of growth and target markets.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and market share.
Attend trade shows and other networking events to promote our products.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and negotiate deals with clients.
Keep track of sales and marketing data, analyze trends, and report on effectiveness of strategies.
Continuously monitor market and industry trends to stay updated with the latest developments.
Participate in product development by providing customer insights and feedback to the team.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the distribution and wholesale industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with market research and analysis.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
