About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to join our Bath and Sanitary Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on driving growth and expanding market presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the bath and sanitary market.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present them to senior management.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align product offerings with market demand.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the bath and sanitary industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
