We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Officer at Trek Me Nepal, a Nepal based travel and trekking company.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all social media accounts, online travel platforms (OTP), creating and optimizing online advertisements, communicate and respond all social media platforms messages, cross posting across different social media groups, pages and sites and digital marketing campaigns to drive increase bookings.
- Communicate and respond of clients inquires via email, telephone, WhatsApp, Viber and other social media platforms in innovative ways.
- Communicate and respond for B2B via email, telephone, what’s App and LinkedIn.
- Creating a tailored made itineraries to client’s specific preferences and needs including estimated costs.
- Communicating with clients to provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the operation team to ensure seamless trek, tour and travel delivery.
- Preparing and presenting reports of B2B, B2C and customer service performance to managerial team.
- Reporting reports of B2B and B2C on business partner’s needs, customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Implementation of the sales and marketing strategy of the company targeting sales with fast paced with actionable approach.
- Analyze and review market response and requirement.
- Analyze the market potential and determines the values of existing and prospective customers values to the company.
- Provide B2B and B2C- business partners and clients with handful and accurate information including the prices about the different travel packages.
- Receive, greet and farewell clients at the time of arrival and departure on the behalf of Company.
- Create and updates electronic and hard copy records of clients and B2B.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for increased business awareness and corresponding revenues.
- Manage brand communication and public relation for the company.
- Identify key markets and the types of products that would complement our current product offering and revenue growth.
- Establish Initial relationship with New B2B partners, companies, operators, travel agencies.
- Research, Collect data’s on B2B, Inbound tourism, and competitors’ analysis.
- Suggest necessary marketing activities and manage the Marketing Executives.
- Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets.
- Maximum sales of travel, trek and tour packages.
- Promote and market a trek me Nepal travel packages to generate sales by developing campaigns, coordinating events, promotional activities, collaborating with international companies, organization and stakeholders, and enhancing the overall image and visibility of the Trek Me Nepal.
