About the job

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing strategies to achieve consistent sales growth across all channels (dine-in, takeout, delivery, etc.), and support the development and execution of sales plans to maximize revenue and market share. 
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new corporate clients, and help maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Take complete ownership of Outdoor Catering (ODC) and retail sales growth business, and assist in developing plans to enhance ODC and retail sales performance.
  • Help plan and execute in-store promotions and events to attract and retain customers, and assist in developing and implementing local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer footfall. 
  • Maintain records of sales growth and marketing impact data, and assist in analyzing sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry. 
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
