Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Designation: Sales and Marketing Officer 

Reports to: Regional Manager

Location: Chandol, Kathmandu, Nepal

Position Overview: 

Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for consistent sales growth across all channels, developing strong relationships with corporate clients, onboarding outdoor catering and retail sales, and implementing effective in-store and local marketing strategies. S/he will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales growth and marketing impact, assisting in data analysis to drive informed decision-making, and contributing to the overall brand visibility and customer engagement efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Growth:

  • Assist in implementing strategies to achieve consistent sales growth across all channels (dine-in, takeout, delivery, etc.).
  • Support the development and execution of sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Corporate Client Management:
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new corporate clients.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • ODC / Retail Sales:
  • Complete ownership of Outdoor Catering (ODC) and retail sales growth business.
  • Assist in developing plans to enhance ODC and retail sales performance.
  • In-store & Local Marketing:
  • Help plan and execute in-store promotions and events to attract and retain customers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer footfall.

Data Management:

  • Maintain records of sales growth and marketing impact data.
  • Assist in analyzing sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

Task Related

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
