We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven mid-level Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at Better Home Appliances for our Kathmandu and Narayanghat branches, who will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness for our range of home appliances.

The following are the major responsibilities of the candidate:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies for product promotion.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and develop sales plans to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients and partners through excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Provide input and feedback to the team based on market research and customer feedback, and assist in the improvements to the existing products.
• Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with the company goals and objectives.

The candidate must fulfil the following requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Atleast 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home appliance industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
