We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving brand awareness, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
Expand retail, wholesale, and modern trade distribution.
Monitor daily sales performance and team KPIs.

B. Marketing & Brand Development

Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online/offline).
Oversee product launches, promotions, and branding activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.

C. Distribution Management

Manage supply chain coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers.

D. Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and lead the sales and marketing team.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

E. Client Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Handle major sales accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

F. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market activities.
Analyze sales data to forecast trends and make informed decisions.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Strong knowledge of FMCG and cold chain/frozen product distribution.
Excellent sales planning and team leadership skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to handle field marketing and manage multiple distribution channels.
Good understanding of digital marketing and market trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience is key: Prioritize candidates with hands-on field experience in FMCG or cold storage items.
Local market knowledge: Hire someone who understands Nepali consumer behavior and regional logistics.
Performance-based incentives: Include commission/incentive structures based on targets.
Digital Savviness: With growing e-commerce, candidates who understand online selling and branding are an asset.

Note: Candidate must have a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler with a valid license.
