Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reporting Person/Office: Senior level officers (Chairperson, ED, MD & Factory/Corporate office)

Responsibilities:

Plan and direct the development promotion & sales of a company.
Develop and manage key relationships with dealers and customers.
Visit the district for official marketing works as needed.
To achieve the company marketing goals/meet sales target.
Marketing campaign management and market research skills.
Understanding of mobile marketing, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Maintain communication with other departments in the operations with efficiency.
Response to dealers/customers question/query about the company’s product and service.

This position is an immediate requirement within the company, and priority will be given to candidates available for an immediate start.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
More than 2 years in the Marketing field.
Excellent Communication skill in Nepali & Local languages (Maithili & Bhojpuri)
Ability to work Multi task.
The ability to work under pressure.
Experiences in Sr. level/Mid-level position in Manufacturing company.
