Vista Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Officer to join our Himalayan Bodhi Sub Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of quality masala products, expanding our retail network, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's masala products to retailers and distributors.
Visit existing and potential customers regularly.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Ensure timely order collection and follow up on payments when required.
Prepare daily sales and visit reports.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum qualification: +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
Previous experience in sales or FMCG marketing is preferred, but motivated fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone applications.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Requirements

Must own and operate a two-wheeler (motorcycle or scooter).Valid driving license is mandatory
Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Willingness to travel within assigned sales territories.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
