  • At least five years senior level experience in the field of sales and marketing, preferably as sales and Marketing Manager in reputed Organization.
  • Having Leadership quality and can lead a team to achieve the desired level.
  • The candidate should be a computer literate who can work independently with little supervision and is willing to travel as required.

Job Description

  • Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget,and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
  • Generate weekly sale and marketing reports for submission to the Chief Executive office.
  • Oversee product research and development according to market trends and Customer demand.
  • Plan future sales strategies in order to increase the sales volume of the concerned division with approval from the management.
  • Appraise the performance of the Marketing and Sales team members.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive officer.
  • Take necessary steps to motivate the team members to achieve the desired target.
  • Manage overall sales team of the organization.
