To lead a Sales and Marketing Team in promoting property, completing sales, and conducting PR activities for The Fulbari in the Nepal Travel Trade and Corporate markets.
Specific Job Skills:
- Able to communicate and motivate via written media

- Coordinating guest experience between Sales and Operations teams

Computer skills:
- Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email
Management Ability:
- Staff management, responsibility and opportunity could grow with the development of the business. Prior experience in leading teams and people-management skills, experience and natural ability is required

Business and Selling Skills:
- Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development
- Ideal background would be in hospitality services; experience in MICE with extensive contacts among the travel trade and corporate sectors also preferred
Literacy and Numeracy:
- Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business. Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals
Mobility:
- Domestic situation must allow occasional travel outside of home station to different regions in S.Asia
Experience required:
- Prior experience of working in Nepal at 4 or 5 star hotels recommended but not required
- Prior experience in any service sector that deals with corporate clients also recommended
Qualification :
- UG QUALIFICATION: B.A. in Hotel Management or equivalent
- PG QUALIFICATION: Masters in Hospitality or B.A. a plus but not required
