Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective field marketing and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services
Conduct field visits to generate leads and expand customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing or sales (freshers may also apply)

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and in a team

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license
Own a two-wheeler is compulsory

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: NPR 20,000 – 25,000
