Job Description

As Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in expanding our market share in the EV and sustainable energy sectors. You’ll oversee strategy, team performance, partnerships, and campaign execution, ensuring our products reach the right customers while aligning with Nepal’s clean energy goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize key customer segments (corporates, dealerships, municipalities, real estate developers, etc.).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects and projects.
Marketing Oversight & Brand Development

  • Design and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, PR, partnerships).
  • Guide brand messaging to position Evergreen EV Chargers as a trusted industry leader.
  • Oversee website, social media, and content strategy to drive visibility and engagement.
Team Management & Development

  • Lead, coach, and grow the sales & marketing team.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to keep the team updated on products and trends.
Market Analysis & Product Positioning

  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
  • Refine go-to-market plans based on data and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align offerings with client needs.
Relationship Building & Partnerships

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand reach and influence.
Reporting & Forecasting

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget updates to senior management.
  • Monitor ROI across campaigns and adjust plans to maximize efficiency and results.
