Job Description

  • Lead the team of sales and marketing, develop a result-driven environment, culture and achieve the business target’s set and as agreed by/with the management.
  • Closely monitor KRA/KPI and daily activities of the sales, support and marketing team. Motivate the teams to achieve their set targets and improve performance.
  • Maintain relationship with high-value clients; identify and connect with potential clients to onboard and retain them.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies and implement them in an effective manner to boost the brand value and sales revenue of the company.
  • Coordinate with advertising agencies for the branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Create sales pitch & negotiation documentation. Provide training to the sales team and orient them on documentation for effective delivery.
  • Conduct training, mentoring, counselling and coaching for the team members in group and in person for their continuous performance improvement.
  • Prepare and execute Communication and Public Relations Strategy.
  • Plan and organize BTL activities such as promotional events, exhibitions, road-shows and similar activities.
  • Organize team building activities, periodic reporting and supporting senior management in various business-related tasks.
  • Ensure smooth operations of sales and marketing activities and take corrective steps to maintain the standard of the company.
  • Write Proposals and develop promotional materials for offered and possible services. Prepare presentations and represent the organization during client visits in offering services.
  • Continuous follow up with existing/ prospective clients for business opportunities.
  • Work in a team to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
  • Perform Brand Monitoring and promotional activities evaluation including advertisements and media coverage.
  • Coordinate with creative and media department to suggest and enhance the marketing strategies.
  • Active involvement in recruitment procedure of team members in coordination with the HR department.
