Must have completed Bachelor's Degree( Bachelor in Hospitality or Tourism Management)
Must have a good knowledge of Travel and Corporate Market
Requires advance knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession.
Minimum 1 years experience as Sales and Marketing Personnel in a Hotel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Property Management System.
Strong Media, presentation and computer skill
Superior Knowledge about Nepalese Travel & Corporate Market
Command of English Language both written and verbal.
Identify new market, business opportunities and increase sales
Better OTA's Operation Knowledge

Job Description

Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target
Identify, manage and secure existing and new clients and guest and continue to maintain a high level of service to guest and clients.
Support Sales & Marketing Manager in marketing targets; Preparing marketing proposals to various Travel and Corporate Market plus Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Assisting in resolving any problems; Developing marketing channels
Assist for After-Sales Support by following-up to ensure satisfactory completion of the company's contract terms (accommodation requirements, , payment schedule, etc)
Prepare quotations and follow-ups with clients
Assist the clients in the process of Product Selection of Hotel.
