Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in hospitality sales and marketing while contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet monthly and annual revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Plan, manage, and monitor both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Oversee promotional activities, partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
Must be flexible with working hours and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Required Age:More than 20 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
6 months -1 year of experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of social media marketing and online promotion tools.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Pleasant personality with a passion for hospitality and sales excellence.
