We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our cloud services.

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote Cloud Himalaya's services. This role will involve expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or data center industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team to achieve targets.
  • A personal bike or scooter with a valid license is required for mobility.
  • Freshers with exceptional potential may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth Area Definition

  • Conduct quarterly surveys to identify potential sales growth opportunities in service areas.

Product SWOT Analysis

  • Perform monthly SWOT analyses of competitor products to stay ahead of market trends.

Marketing Reporting

  • Conduct annual audits of marketing strategies and reports to align efforts with business objectives.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels and enhance marketing strategies.

Sales Pipeline

  • Develop and refine the sales funnel to achieve a 10% increase in leads over time.

Customer Churn Analysis

  • Conduct annual analyses of customer churn rates and design strategies to improve retention.

Target Achievement

  • Work towards achieving a 15% increase in sales targets every quarter.

Upselling

  • Develop strategies to boost revenue generation from existing customers by 10-15% annually.
