We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling IT hardware and software products to financial institutions, the public and private sector. The primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the above sectors, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to sell IT hardware and software products, primarily targeting financial institutions, public and private sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in banks and corporate companies. Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients. Proactively pursue leads and close deals.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to clients, showcasing their value and efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports to senior management, including sales forecasts and market insights.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to secure business, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales service for clients. Act as a point of contact for any post-sale inquiries.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Preferences will be given to candidates with IT background or/and related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably selling IT products or solutions, with a focus on the banking and financial sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Positive, energetic, and self-driven attitude to continually develop their selling skills and strengthening their network.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written in Nepali and English
  • Capable and comfortable in adopting and learning about new technology.
  • Should be highly motivated, self-driven, Hardworking and able to work in team as well as independently.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience of selling products in the banking sector. Two-wheeler license holder and two-wheeler holder are preferred.
