Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for building a strong digital presence, generating leads, and supporting marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media:

Develop, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.

2. Lead Generation & Campaign Support:

Generate and nurture qualified leads through organic and paid social media initiatives.
Assist in managing and optimizing digital campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads.
Support e-commerce marketing efforts to enhance online visibility and conversions.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor campaign and content performance using relevant analytic tools.
Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, leads, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support campaign execution.
Assist in content production, including photos, videos, and other creative materials.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related discipline.
1–2 years of professional experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Proven experience using social media for lead generation and brand engagement.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media management tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising (Meta and/or Google).
Basic design skills (Canva required; Adobe tools are a bonus).
Photo/video creation skills.
Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, or OEM/ODM environments.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Analytical ability to interpret marketing data and prepare meaningful reports.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Employment Details:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and performance
