Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media and Branding Officer to manage the company's social media presence, strengthen brand identity, increase brand awareness, engage with target audiences (shippers, drivers, and carriers), and support the organization's marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's social media accounts across all relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, industry updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Support digital marketing campaigns, recruitment drives, product launches, and promotional activities through social media.
Assist in developing and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
Ensure brand consistency across social media platforms, the company website, marketing materials, and other customer touchpoints.
Coordinate branding campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to develop creative marketing materials.
Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
Conduct market and competitor research to support branding and marketing strategies.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Marketing Communications.
Experience managing social media accounts for a corporate brand, organization, or startup is preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Good understanding of branding principles, brand positioning, and brand management.
Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, SEO fundamentals, and social media analytics.
Experience using graphic design, content creation, and social media management tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Sunday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
