The Sales, Marketing and Field Officer is responsible for promoting and increasing sales of fertilizers, crop protection products, and other agricultural inputs of Muktinath Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd. The position focuses on developing dealer and retailer networks, providing technical support to farmers and agri-business partners, conducting field demonstrations, and implementing marketing activities to achieve company sales targets and strengthen market presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development and Management

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. 
• Identify new market opportunities and establish new distribution channels. 
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback and maintain regular contact with business parties and commercial farmers groups.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and support credit management activities. 
• Ensure proper product availability and stock management at dealer and retailer levels. 
• Support dealers and retailers in achieving their sales targets. 
• Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support. 

Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and implement seasonal sales and marketing plans based on crop calendars and regional agricultural trends. 
• Organize product promotion campaigns, farmers' meetings, field days, and demonstration plots. 
• Conduct market surveys and gather information on customer requirements. 
• Support branding and visibility activities of the company's products. 
• Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials and awareness programs. 

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and field activity reports. 
• Maintain records of customer visits, dealer performance, training programs, and promotional activities. 

Other Duties

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management of Muktinath Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd. to support the achievement of the Company's objectives and business growth.
