Fireflies Travel and Tour is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team in the Sales and Marketing officer role. Our company specializes in providing exceptional travel experiences through our partnerships with top-rated tour operators in the industry. We are looking for an experienced mid-level professional to help drive sales and expand our customer base in the travel industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and other potential partners in the travel industry
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our company's services
Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other promotional materials
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track progress and make recommendations for improvement
Stay updated on the latest product offerings and promotions from our tour operator partners
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of successful sales and meeting targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel when required.
