Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee our sales and marketing efforts at Electric Van Nepal. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding market share in the electric vehicle sector in Nepal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Electric Van Nepal’s products and services.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling marketing materials and content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other departments to align strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
