About Us:

Shangrila Distillery is an upcoming premium spirits manufacturer based in Chitwan, Nepal. As we prepare to launch our production, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Sales and Distribution Manager to establish and grow our distribution network, build strong dealer relationships, and position our brand successfully in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for launching and scaling Shangrila Distillery’s products.
  • Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in Nepal and beyond.
  • Expand our on-premise and off-premise sales channels.
  • Drive branding, positioning, and marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Manage sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize market penetration.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and ensure strong performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements in the liquor industry.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in liquor sales, distribution, or brand management.
  • Strong network of distributors, dealers, and retail partners in Nepal’s alcohol market.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling liquor brands.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, set pricing structures, and manage high-value accounts.
  • Knowledge of alcohol licensing, compliance, and taxation policies in Nepal.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
