• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
• Create new campaign ideas for the client’s business promotion through digital media
• Research for opportunities for further sales within key clients and drive sales
• Attending meetings with clients to resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
• Working closely with all departments and clients to develop a positive customer relationship journey with the organization, ensuring maximum profitability
• Monitor and optimize the work process to ensure smooth flow of operations and maximum efficiency at work
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
• Planning and delivering strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
• Updating the company database and ensuring the team is aware of changes within clients
• Regular reporting of all the activities

• Working Hour: 10 am to 6 pm (8 HOURS) 
• Should be willing to work in flexible hours as per the work demand
• Inclusive of Lunch Break of 45 minutes
