Job Description

Understanding the products and their specifications.
Accept orders from calls, WhatsApp, and the website portal and process the order.
Edit and update content on websites, sales platforms, and social media.
Recording sales and purchases and updating MIS.
Tracking payments and follow-ups.
Ensure books of accounts are maintained as per accounting standards and in a timely manner.
Handle Internal Audit and respond to all statutory, Tax, and VAT audit queries, ensuring timely closure.
Manage bookkeeping, financial closure, statutory audit, tax audit, income tax computation, and timely filing of IT returns.
Compute taxes owed and prepare VAT/TDS returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and verification requirements from IRD.
Conduct inventory reconciliation with contractors and process recoveries from RA Bills.
Ensure 100% reconciliation of vendor balances.
Prepare Monthly MIS reports, including Fixed Asset Registers, Physical Verification of Assets, Capex Movement, Monthly Liabilities, and Cash Flow Statements.
Arrange and coordinate financial audits, lender audits, and the preparation of yearly financial reports.
Monitor internal control procedures, including checking and authorizing accounts for payment.
Interact and coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and relevant external stakeholders.
Supervise accounting staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the Accounts Department.
Liaise with other departments on cross-functional financial issues.
Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and budgetary control.
Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management.
