  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field, preferably in FMCG Company or experience in a similar nature organization
  • Additionally, a high capability for dialogue and negotiation with own staff, commercial staff and outside suppliers and an aptitude for organization and for dealing with a wide variety of problems in the different areas under the positions management
  • Plus the ability to deal with resolving daily problems without losing sight of medium to longer term needs and objectives. Spirit of flexibility and pragmatism to work in a fast moving environment
  • SAP Certification preferred with high level of spoken and written English & Nepali with excellent command over MS Office especially MS EXCEL

Job Description

  • Supervision and Controlling of Distributors account
  • Liaison with customers account
  • Familiar with schemes and its treatment in accounts
  • Independent preparation and uploading of financial statements
  • Should be capable of working as a team leader
  • Preparation and Analysis of MIS reports
  • Co-ordination with sales team for recovery of outstanding amount
  • Physical verification program to be monitored at depot
  • Reconciliation and trouble shooter of Distributors’ account
  • Cost control and cost reduction in S&D Account
