Position: Sales Account Executive

Number of Positions: One

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective sales plan based on our target clients in collaboration with management.
  • Successfully create a business from new and existing client accounts by building rapport and long-term relationships.
  • Make connections with clients, plan and schedule meetings, and maintain a client database.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth delivery of services, issuance of tax invoices, and timely payment collection.
  • Prepare invoices, drop invoices to clients, collect cheques, and follow up with clients on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and deposit of cheques and cash
  • Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment and all invoices are delivered to the right personnel at the right college department..
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s running.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Valid two-wheeler license and own two-wheeler.
  • Customer service and active listening skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of payment collection procedures and experience in calling and emailing clients for payment collection.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on a team.
