Safe house Incharge will manage all over management and safety of safe house and survivors. Ensure confidentiality and protection of residents as well as make sure their rights. Coordinate with related stakeholders for survivor’s support with make confidentiality.  

Responsibilities:

• All over management of  safe house
• Case management
• Provide psychosocial counseling on the basis of need.
• Create friendly environment during conversation with survivors.
• Coordinate with related stakeholders (legal and health institutions) and help in access to justice.
• Provide orientation on the basis of need..
• Ensure protection/safety of residents of the safe house.
• Coordinate with protection authority of Nepal Govt. if needed for the safety.
• Prepare the plans related to growth and development of women and girls.
• Prepare the monthly and daily work plan and work accordingly. 
• Conduct trainings for women and girls of safe house on the basis of their need or capacity.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports and submit to the concerned department

Other duties assigned by organization.
