Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than 5 years
Other Specification

    • Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in  Civil Engineering with specialization in road construction 
    • Must have minimum 5 years’ of  relevant work experience in alternative Road construction and managing contractors, subcontractors and construction materials
    • Mut have knowledge of work schedule and implementation
    • Managing labourers and comprehensive quality assurance and quality control, excellent sustainable road construction knowledge and skills
    • Must have good knowledge of computer systems, especially MS Office
    • Must have excellent communication skills in planning and monitoring
    • Professional proficiency in the English language
    • Must have good report writing skill is required
    • Must be a valid motor bike license holder
    • Having experience in constructing Road will have added advantage 

    Job Description

    • Road Project Engineer will help supervise and support sector specific construction works across the assigned Road construction site
    • The primary responsibility of the Road Project Engineer will be to develop work plan, direct and coordinate a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control process for Road Construction
    • The position holder will also monitor and supervise contractors, material supply flows to the construction sites, and will be responsible for coordinating, subcontractors and laborers on project operations as appropriate
