Job Description

3+ years’ experience
MSC Food Technology
Conducts product development of snacks and seasonings in the R&D lab
Conducts daily analytical testing of products to develop QC spec parameters and analyses micro-safety results of outside laboratory
Supports cross functional team and manage product cutting, sensory evaluation, and reformulation of current products. Agent for continuous improvement, drives results and assist in problem solving/root cause investigations of production problems
Trains new and current team members
Other duties as required
Recording the results and report to divisional head if the results are not within spec
Calibrate all QC apparatus and equipment
Carrying out auxiliary and packaging material analysis upon receipt from supplier
Ensure safety of subordinates while undertaking any job by instructing them to use safety
Maintenance of optimum cleanliness and hygiene of laboratory
