Job Description

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet inflexible deadlines and deal with difficult individuals while maintaining composure.
  • Survey client premises using signal test equipment and tune device using appropriate software.
  • Instructs customer in use of equipment, and replaces or repairs defective parts.
  • Ensures that documentation is effectively completed and submitted, as appropriate.
  • Ensures that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction.
