Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are actively looking for a Store Manager who is responsible for handling one of the top international clothing and footwear brand. He/she will be overseeing the store's daily operations, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams with great customer service as well as developing sales ideas that will help the store achieve success.

A store manager should possess some or most of the following skills:

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage a sales, marketing, and merchandising strategy to achieve profitability and market share objectives
Communicate with and motivate employees and customers, resolving issues and initiating corrective action
Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Maintain a clean and safe store environment
Keep open lines of communication with upper management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Proven some years of experience in Sales and customer relations, preferably in the retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers.
Strong salesmanship and ability to identify opportunities to drive revenue.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and willing to work at any of our store locations when needed
