Job Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Help customers in selecting best home interior materials based on their choice, needs, and budget.
Product Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the flooring and sanitaryware products available in the store. Provide information on materials, quality and features to help customers make better decisions.
Sales Transactions: Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and cheque payments.
Listen to customer inquiries and complaints: Make sure to provide excellent customer service to build better relationships and get repeat business.
Product Training: Stay updated on new products and trends.
Cross-Selling: Suggest additional items to increase sales opportunities.
Store Maintenance: Help in the cleanliness and mantainance of the store. Report any maintenance issues.
Teamwork: Work together with other team members and management to achieve sales targets and maintain a good working environment.
Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures.
Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM
