Department: Operations
Reports To: Managing Director (MD)
Responsible For: Overall Restaurant Operations

The Restaurant Operation Head (ROH) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the efficient and profitable running of Beirut-Lebanese Restaurant. This role involves strategic planning, team management, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement operational strategies in line with the company's business objectives.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and business plans for the restaurant.
Monitor local, national, and international market trends to keep the restaurant competitive and relevant.
Report and discuss strategies, opportunities, and threats in the market with the MD.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Ensure restaurants maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence.

2. Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Ensure restaurants maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence.

3. Customer Experience and Service Quality:

Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and implement corrective actions as needed.
Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of hospitality and service excellence among staff.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and manage the restaurant team.
Foster teamwork and effective communication within and between restaurant teams.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations for staff.
Identify training and development needs and ensure ongoing staff training programs.

5. Support for Financial Performance:

Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
Implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 8 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in restaurant operations management.
Proven track record of managing a restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and restaurant management software.
