Role Description

As a Restaurant Manager/Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also be involved in menu planning, cost control, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience working in a restaurant management or chef role
• Ability to create a restaurant menu
• Ability to prepare and serve excellent coffee, demonstrating knowledge of different brewing methods and coffee varieties
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Valid food safety certification is preferred
