• Must have 5 years or more relevant working experience in building construction projects.
• Shall have management leadership and corporate culture promoting qualities.
• Must have a high level of analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of stakeholders and acting upon accordingly. Proficient in report writing both in Nepali and English
• Should not be convicted of any heinous crime;
• Shall be recognized from his/her past performances;
• Must have good communication skills
• Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Driving license is a must. ( two wheeler)
