Job Description

Creating PNR's, Issuing Tickets, Re-scheduling, Hotel Bookings, Cancellations
Collecting & checking documents as per country-specific requirements
Must meet targets set to achieve business
Generate, maintain, and increase business with new and existing customers
Identify and analyze market information and provide feedback to the supervisor
Handling of reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS)
Ticketing automated
Handling of Groups and Allotments
Distribution of price quotations and information
Handling of end-consumer and trade inquiries via calls and emails
Daily TSR updates for various airlines using Microsoft Excel
Handling BSP Link inquiries, e.g., ADM, ACM, Refunds
Bi-weekly benchmarking competitive fares for offices internationally
